A Personal, Corporate, and National "BOOST" is Coming! However, it's Linked to a "
Good Morning My Loves, In the course of the past few weeks while teaching on maintaining or restoring spiritual vitality, I’ve noticed an an “unusual exhaustion” has hit many. I recognize this as a spiritual atmosphere that needs to be shifted, and the staff and I have been praying and warring against “spiritual apathy, atrophy, and dryness” for over a month. I began discerning this on a national level and feel that it’s not only personal, corporate, or regional, it’s tied to the upcoming elections and is directly linked to both “personal” and “national” sin. In the midst of teaching a series on this subject, I keep seeing the word “BOOST” everywhere I go. I see it in skincare, food, drink, and healthcare ads. It’s on billboards, books, bumperstickers, etc…, and because it’s “back to school” season, I even saw a “BOOSTER-Shot” announcement for children entering school. When God starts highlighting a word “over and over again,” and I feel the breath of the Holy Spirit on it, I know He is speaking. When I saw the BOOSTER SHOT announcement, the Lord spoke to me and said, “The two are intricately linked together.” The definition of “booster shot” is: an EXTRA DOSE of an immunizing agent, INJECTED TO THE BODY to maintain or restore the effects of previously (PAST TENSE) established immunity against deadly diseases.
The definition of “boost” is: to raise or lift from behind or below. To increase. To advance or aid by speaking well of; promote.
It is evident that our nation is in need of a BOOST. But in order for that BOOST to take place we need an EXTRA DOSE of the immunizing agent that this nation and our personal lives were established upon, and that is the cleansing and protecting work of the Blood of Jesus, and the believer’s yielding to the Holy Spirit. We cannot engage in, and endorse the very behaviors that the Holy Spirit “immunized us from,” and expect our “immune system” not to break down and succumb to the deadly disease of sin personally, corporately, or nationally. This requires personal and national repentance. It requires a willingness to be injected with both the truth, and power, of the Holy Spirit, and then to walk it out! Many want the power, but they don’t want the truth. He is both.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (AMP)
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; [a]neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate [by perversion], nor [b]those who participate in homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers [whose words are used as weapons to abuse, insult, humiliate, intimidate, or slander], nor swindlers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God. 11 And such were (PAST TENSE…THAT’S ALL OF US) some of you [before you believed]. But you were (PAST TENSE) washed [by the atoning sacrifice of Christ], you were (PAST TENSE) sanctified [set apart for God, and made holy], you were (PAST TENSE) justified [declared free of guilt] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God [the source of the believer’s new life and changed behavior].
We must allow the Holy Spirit to “inject us with the truth and disease fighting power” we need to be restored, and to maintain the spiritual vitality necessary to advance the Kingdom of God. We cannot look at our presidential candidates and point out how they support or engage in the above mentioned “diseases” while engaging in them personally and corporately, and expect a national BOOST! What we need is a BOOSTER SHOT! For those who are willing to receive a “DOSE OF THE HOLY GHOST,” a BOOST is eminent. I’m not talking about simply feeling the goosebumps and not obeying His voice. I’m talking about a dose of truth and power that will cause you to walk out the changes that He is initiating in this season. Humility and obedience is key.
I keep hearing the Holy Spirit saying, “A personal, corporate, and national boost is coming! However, it is tied to a booster shot!”
Because of your humility and commitment to personal holiness, you are about to be advanced and raised up for such a time as this. All of heaven is getting behind you and you will be instrumental in bringing spiritual vitality to your families, regions and the nation. America can be great again, and she’s about to receive a BOOST, because The Body has been willing to get a “BOOSTER SHOT!”
