Let God be God!

Good Morning My Loves,

The day you realize that you have everything you need to fulfill your God-given purpose on the inside of you, is the day you realize true “power and freedom.”

The day you realize that everything the person you’ve been trying to help to no avail, has the same SUPERnatural God available to them, and that you are not responsible for their “spiritual growth” or “happiness”, that you don’t need to push, coddle, or enable them (because it doesn’t work anyway) is also a day of true empowerment and freeeeeeedddddddooooommmmm!

LET GOD BE GOD. HE’S GOD. YOU’RE NOT!

Some of the most exhausting and disempowering things you can do are:

-Try to change someone, who doesn’t want to change.

-Try to love someone, who doesn’t want to be loved.

-Try to counsel someone, who doesn’t want your counsel.

-Try to get someone to love you, who doesn’t love you back.

-Try to get someone to stay and believe in your dreams, who doesn’t believe in your dreams.

-Try to bring peace to those who only want to argue and bring chaos.

(You must decide to keep your own peace, and refuse to get pulled into drama!)

There comes a point when you must S-T-O-P!

S-Surrender yourself to God, and surrender them to God as well. Believe that God is all you need, and He’s all that they need as well. Be courageous. Know where your role ends, and God’s begins.

T-Take your hands off! Turn them over to God, and turn your focus to God and your own relationship with Him.

O-Own it. If you’ve done wrong, repent. Ask for forgiveness, and receive it. Own your own relationship with God, and let them own theirs. Let God work gently in you, and let Him work gently in them. Let God be God. He’s God. You’re not!

P-Pray in faith. The prayer of faith moves the hand of God, and God’s hand moves everything. It may not happen overnight, but it WILL (promise) happen.

Here are a couple powerful versions of God’s Word on this subject:

Ephesians 3:20-21 (AMPC)

20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—

21 To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).

Ephesians 3:20-21 (MSG)

20-21 God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.

Glory to God in the church!

Glory to God in the Messiah, in Jesus!

Glory down all the generations!

Glory through all millennia! Oh, yes!

Today's Declarations:

I declare: “I am not God, but God is at work within me. He’s at work in those I am in a relationship with. I am not their Savior, He is. God is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that I dare ask or think, infinitely beyond my highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams. He’s able to do the same for them. I can’t do their “thinking,” hoping, or desiring. As much as I’d like to, I can’t. That is up to them.

God, I allow you to work in my life, and I ask you to work in those that I’m in a relationship with and have been frustrated with. I S-T-O-P and believe that you will bring forth your purposes and plans for their life the same way you will in mine, “if” they are willing.

I focus on allowing You to work in me, and surrender all that I am to You! All my desires, thoughts, hopes, and dreams are coming to pass! I am overcoming every obstacle, setback, and circumstance through Your power that works in me! Amen

I love you all! PV
